What is the purpose of this study?
This research is being done to find out if SYN115, a research study medication, can help the effectiveness of your Parkinson's Disease medications.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

Conditions:Parkinson's Disease, PD, moderate, severe, late, SYN115, L-dopa, Levodopa-carbidopa, wearing off, off period

Age: Between 30 - 80 Years

Detail Study Description
The purpose of this study is to test the effects of SYN115 compared to placebo (a lookalike pill containing no medicine) on movement during periods when your Parkinson's Disease medication is or is not working. The study medication also is being tested on other symptoms that someone with Parkinson's Disease may experience (fatigue; loss of pleasure from activities making you happy; trouble thinking clearly and remembering things; less satisfying quality of life). The study also will look at any potential side effects from SYN115.
