If you have early Parkinson's disease

What is the purpose of this study?

This study is being done to see if inosine, a research study medication, can help slow the progression of Parkinson's disease.

Can I participate in this study?

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions:Parkinson Disease, early stage, PD, inosine, PSG, Parkinson's study group
  • Age: Between 30 - 100 Years
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Inclusion Criteria:

Detail Study Description

  • You will take inosine, a study medication, or a placebo (lookalike pill containing no medicine).
  • Neither you nor the research study staff will know if you are taking the study medication or placebo.
  • You will be asked to come to Cleveland Clinic 16 times over 25 months.
